The Defendant driver hydroplaned and came all the way across the median resulting in a head-on collision and multiple fractures to Plaintiff’s wrist. Plaintiff’s employer, Pettibone Construction, maintained uninsured motorist coverage in the amount of $500,000.00. Plaintiff settled his case with the UM carrier for $450,000.00.
