Coaster derails and causes multiple personal injuries

Roller coasters are a favorite attraction for many theme park visitors. These exciting rides are usually carefully maintained by the park staff in order to prevent them from malfunctioning. In Florida, both locals and tourists flock to theme parks of all sizes to enjoy roller coasters and a variety of other attractions, and very few believe that they will be injured during their visit. If these rides do malfunction, then a tourist personal injury could occur.

A life jacket may help to prevent personal injury

Boating is a popular activity in Florida among both locals and tourists. Unfortunately, many people neglect to take proper safety precautions, and accidents can occur. These accidents can often result in the personal injury or death of one or more people. Authorities are encouraging boaters to wear life jackets and take safety courses in order to prevent injuries and fatalities.

Medical malpractice alleged after doctor fails to follow up

Breaking a bone is not a terribly uncommon injury. Many Florida residents, as well as many others across the country, may recall at least one classmate walking around with a cast on his or her arm or leg while in school. However, sometimes, these breaks are not as clean or as simple as they first appear, and additional treatment is required. A patient is seeking compensation in a medical malpractice suit filed against his doctor whom he claims failed to provide him with the treatment he needed.

What can I do after a loved one's wrongful death?

The death of a human being is never easy, and families need adequate time, space and resources for grieving. Unfortunately, not all families in Florida are able to grieve peacefully. When the circumstances surrounding a loved one's death were negligent, it is possible that they were the victim of a wrongful death.

Woman released on bond after being arrested for drunk driving

People sometimes behave strangely while under the influence of alcohol, but sometimes, there are other contributing factors. This might include medications that a person has taken or a stressful situation with which the person is trying to deal. Florida authorities arrested a woman for drunk driving after witnessing her supposedly strange behavior.

If a loved one died in a car accident, do you have a case?

Losing a loved one in an accident can be devastating for your Florida family. In addition to the emotional and mental duress you are experiencing, you may have lost your source of income and your companion. There is no way to reverse what happened and bring your loved one back, but there are ways you can hold liable parties accountable for what happened.
